IF I COULD TALK / BEST DOG FILM SHORT Director

This is a gorgeous short film about a man and his rescue of a blond lab puppy that had been placed in a garbage bag and thrown into the water. He keeps the dog and the short film is about the dog's lifelong relationship with that man and ultimately his family. It's

called "If I Could Talk" and shows what the dog would say to the man if he could.

The thoughts the dog has not only are applicable to dogs and animals we love but really to anyone we love. It is beautiful in its simplicity and emphasizes why we need to love those we love and say so as much as we can as time goes by and our lives together grow short.
