I am posting this a little late but you can catch it, I am sure, at other times
tonight or even ultimately online. MSNBC is showing a special entitled
"Breaking Hate." It is a must see for all those who in our time see the
threat of Fascism within these United States. It is guaranteed
riveting broadcasting for all groups and most especially for my fellow
Jews and other minorities. Is Hitler dead? He is in body but his
spirit lives on. We must be aware in our Trumpian times of those
whose main purpose in life is to kill those whom they do not consider
white. Hate and the violence it breeds is infecting our nation and is
getting bigger every day we do not pay attention to its threat.
Who
of us could know when Trump descended his escalator in Trump Tower to
announce his candidacy for president that he would win, ultimately
condone and usher in an extremist force hell bent on creating a
totalitarian dictatorship within a once strong democracy? It is sick
and he is sick but those who could legally through impeachment end his
repulsive rule will not budge within a Republican Party that brings back
memories Hitler's brown shirts in the 1930's. Do not be deceived it
can and is happening as this is being written right here and right now.
