Donald Trump and the fitness threshold

I am not usually a Charles Krauthammer fan but this article linked below by him on Trump hits a bulls-eye.

Is Trump in a stage of dementia OR has he always enjoyed the psychological malady of personality disorder with the attention span of a gnat?  It could be both or just the latter.  Who knows what is the psychological illness of Trump?  He has shown his deep narcissistic solipsistic traits over a lifetime.    Whatever his psychological illness is should not matter to us.  What SHOULD matter to us is that he never get near the oval office!
