President Macron reiterated what Trump wanted to hear that it is desirable to be on good terms with the Russians because we must deal with them.
Mr. Macron and Mr. Trump, how does colluding with an adversarial power to rig a presidential election against Clinton in favor of Trump comport with what either of these two "leaders" had to say at the press conference? I am not shocked by Mr. Trump's iteration but am completely shocked and surprised at President Macron's response that echoed the lies and excuses that the American president has told so many times.
