I do not believe the state has a right to determine whether one proceeds with a woman's pregnancy or not. This is, as I see it, a personal decision that should be left to the woman who experiences the pregnancy. I surely do not believe that if an abortion is completed that a bounty could be collected by anyone who found out about it. That is noxious. Moreover, and worst of all, this law pertains to incest and to rape two loathsome occurrences to most all rational sensibilities. Just think of your own self if you were raped by your father, brother or uncle you would still be commanded to take your pregnancy to term. Who would sanction such an objectionable and repulsive thing?
If this is allowed as Texas has legislated it that would be a damnable and immoral thing especially to the new life created. Ideally the blessed event of having a child would be irredeemably sullied and besmirched by the seemingly immoral appendages attached to this ugly law. Every child a wanted child is my mantra. Save a woman's life by keeping this decision on whether to abort or not in the woman's hands and not in the hands of the state or anyone acting in place of the state. Making abortion illegal will, in fact, condemn some women perhaps even many to a hideous and untimely death. Keep abortion medically safe and legal.
