Listen to MLK's speech and make his plea all of our pleas. It is as Dr. King states the "fierce urgency of now" which commands the arc of freedom bend toward justice and not away from it. Listen, if need be again, to Dr. King's speech and if that speech does not motivate you to work in any way you can for justice then nothing I could ever say would.
It is a speech revisited because my goal is empathy for all human beings who sit in sunlight's shade; who through an accident of birth exist in poverty and the darkness of war. We can do better; we must do better and dare I say we will do better if man wants to exist and wants this planet to survive.
